The Airbus A320 Germanwings German airline crashed at about ten kilometers from the small town of Seyne les Alpes.
In a cafe, residents are still stunned at the memory of the new crash: information is first dropped on social networks and nobody wanted to believe it.
"Initially, I saw it on Facebook," said a woman who believed in an error. "After we turned on the TV and saw that it was true," she said still incredulous.
A chapel was installed in the village and some two hundred dwellings in the municipality of Seyne les Alpes were requisitioned to house the families of the victims of the crash.
