The identity of the executioner EI is now known

Nicknamed "Jihadist or jihadi John John", it was identified by the as Mohammed Emwazi, a British native of London.

The man was on the picture when the beheading of several hostages of the organization Islamic state, including three Americans, two Britons and two Japanese

According to the US daily quoted by Reuters Mohammed Emwazi has British nationality, was born in Kuwait in a wealthy family and grew up in West London before landing a computer programming degree and joining Syria 2012.

His identity was also confirmed by the British media and by two sources close to the US government.
