MH 370 families of the victims will be able to receive compensation

The mysterious disappearance of flight MH370, March 8, 2014, was officially declared "accident" by Malaysia.

For the relatives of the victims, the statement bury all hope of finding survivors, but it will allow them to obtain damages:

"The Malaysian Government ensures that Malaysia Airlines will take its responsibilities to the legitimate rights and interests of families," said the head of the Malaysian Civil Aviation Azharuddin Abdul Rahman.

The plane disappeared over the Indian Ocean with 239 people on board, mostly Chinese. It was never found, despite the still active research. For families, the official announcement is unbearable:

"We are very sad, hurt, we feel very badly, said a Chinese crying. We do not believe in what they say, they are lying. "

2014 has been a bad year for Malaysia Airlines MH370 after the flight, the flight MH17 was shot down by a missile in July in eastern Ukraine with 298 people on board.
