Norway puts his hand in his pocket to help Ukraine

For the first time, a Norwegian Prime Minister visits Ukraine, and that is to bring with him a substantial financial aid. Erna Solberg promises to € 30 million per year for three years, and then a total of four million for refugees in the country, those who had to flee Eastern Ukraine.

"Norway condemns the actions of Russia, said Erna Solberg. We must now focus on a de-escalation of tensions on the ground and continue the search for a political solution. Minsk protocol provides a solid foundation and all parties must fully meet their commitments. "

24 hours five civilians were killed by rocket fire in their village of rebel Lugansk region. Ukrainian Prime Minister has ruled out direct talks between his government and the pro-Russian separatists.
