The meeting on Wednesday in Tbilisi between the Georgian president, Georgy Margvelashvili and his Latvian counterpart Andris Berzins. The opportunity for the two men to condemn Monday the signing of an alliance agreement between Russia and Abkhazia, Georgia's breakaway republic.
Georgia has also received the support of NATO and the European Union, whose relations are already strained with Moscow because of the crisis in Ukraine.
Tbilisi denounced the annexation of one of its territories and calls Putin to return to the signing of this treaty, which violates the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Georgia.

In 2015, Moscow will unlock and more than 250 million euros as part of the implementation of this agreement.
